Fast, reliable WiFi across your whole property
We design and install mesh Wi-Fi systems built around your property, not just a bigger router. Strong, reliable coverage everywhere, with no more dead zones, buffering, or devices fighting for signal.
Dead zones and weak-signal rooms, gone
Steady coverage across multiple floors and large lots
Streaming, gaming, and video calls that hold up
Smart-home devices that stay connected
Smooth hand-off as you move through the house, no drop-outs
Indoor and outdoor coverage, including detached buildings
Why your WiFi still feels slow
Slow Wi-Fi doesn’t always mean you need faster internet. In many homes the internet coming in is strong, but one router can’t push that signal through every floor, wall, basement, garage, or backyard. A wired mesh Wi-Fi system spreads strong coverage where you actually need it.

See why faster internet doesn't fix bad WiFi
Andrew breaks down the difference between your internet connection and the network inside your home, and why a professionally designed mesh system beats the extender-and-hope approach. A couple of minutes, and the slow-WiFi mystery makes a lot more sense.
A mesh network is only as good as its design
Mesh Wi-Fi works best when it is properly planned and wired. We place access points where they actually help, then connect them with Ethernet wherever possible. That gives your property stronger coverage, faster speeds, and a reliable network for years.
Wired backbone
Hardwired access points, not weak signal rebroadcast.
Smart placement
Access points mapped to your floor plan, not guessed.
Channel tuning
Bands and channels set to dodge interference.
Right equipment
Gear matched to your home, not a one-size kit.
Before we recommend anything, we look at:
- Where your modem and router live
- Existing Ethernet wiring we can use
- Home size, layout, and construction (stone, brick, concrete, and metal all block signal)
- Your internet speeds and provider
- How many devices you run, and how you use them
- Smart-home systems on the network
- Indoor and outdoor coverage needs
- Detached buildings: garages, workshops, bunkies, barns, boathouses
- Room to grow later
The backbone your smart home runs on
Your WiFi stopped being just phones and laptops a while ago. Cameras, locks, thermostats, lighting, audio, doorbells — they all lean on a stable connection, and they’re the first things to glitch when coverage is weak. A properly designed mesh network gives every device a steady signal, so automations fire on time and the cameras don’t drop.
Works reliably with:
Coverage that reaches the whole property
Cottages and rural properties are where WiFi gets hardest: long lots, metal roofs, detached buildings, and outdoor space a single router can’t begin to cover. We design systems that carry reliable internet across the entire property, so you can work from the dock, stream at the bunkie, and keep the cameras up while you’re away.
- Multiple floors and finished basements
- Patios, pools, and backyards
- Lakefront and waterfront areas
- Guest houses and bunkies
- Workshops, garages, and barns
- Docks and boathouses
WiFi that reaches every room, floor, and corner.
Stream, work, and connect from anywhere on your property — no more dead zones. Tell us about your home and we’ll design mesh coverage that just works.

Service Areas Covered
We install across BC — from dense coastal neighbourhoods to hillside lots, waterfront homes, and large rural properties where a single router never reaches. Find your area below.
Connectivity across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
From downtown Vancouver out through Burnaby, Surrey, and the Township of Langley, the Lower Mainland looks fully wired — but plenty of homes still hit dead spots: concrete towers that swallow cell signal, older neighbourhoods cable never fully reached, and big lots or laneway suites a single router can't cover.
We fix it three ways: Starlink where wired service falls short, professionally designed mesh WiFi for steady coverage across the whole property, and cell boosters for the dead zones. Our techs match the setup to your place, so working from home, streaming, and smart-home gear all stay online.
Areas We Serve from Vancouver to Langley:
- Vancouver
- Burnaby
- New Westminster
- Richmond
- Coquitlam
- Surrey
- Delta
- Cloverdale
- Langley
Connectivity for the North Shore — Starlink, mesh WiFi, and cell boosters.
North Van is one of the most wired parts of the coast, and people here still fight spotty service — dense tree cover, hilly lots, and cable that never reached every street. We sort it out three ways: Starlink where wired service falls short, professionally designed mesh WiFi for steady coverage across the whole property, and cell signal boosters for the dead zones.
Our techs find the right setup for your lot — the clearest sky view for a Starlink dish, a mesh network that holds across floors and outbuildings, or boosters sized to your home and carriers. Whether it's a home office, a rental you're wiring for tenants, or a smart-home setup that keeps dropping, we get you a connection that holds.
Areas We Serve in North Vancouver:
- Canyon Heights
- Upper Lynn
- Capilano
- Lynn Valley
- Upper Lonsdale
Whole-property connectivity for hillside and waterfront homes.
From the waterfront in Dundarave and Eagle Harbour to the homes built into the slope at Caulfeild and Horseshoe Bay, West Van is tough on internet. Steep terrain, heavy tree cover, and patchy coverage leave a lot of properties underserved. We fix it with the right mix — Starlink for a fast line to the sky, mesh WiFi to carry that signal everywhere, and cell boosters where the bars run out.
Our team knows the local geography and positions your system for the clearest sky view and the strongest signal your lot allows. Streaming, working from home, running smart-home gear — you get speed and coverage that stay put.
Areas We Serve in West Vancouver:
- Dundarave
- Caulfeild
- Eagle Harbour
- Horseshoe Bay
Reliable connectivity the length of the Sea-to-Sky.
From Lions Bay through Britannia Beach to Squamish, the corridor is a hard place to get a steady connection — steep cliffs, thick forest, and long stretches where infrastructure just stops. If you're out here, you already know conventional service can't be counted on.
We install for exactly these conditions: Starlink for a fast, steady line where cable and fibre don't reach, mesh WiFi to spread it across the property, and cell boosters to bring back a usable signal. A precise site assessment finds the right setup for your location — on the water, in a valley, or off-grid.
Areas We Serve Along the Sea to Sky Corridor:
- Lions Bay
- Furry Creek
- Minaty Bay
- Britannia Beach
- Squamish
- Brackendale
- Paradise Valley
- Cheakamus Crossing
Connectivity for mountain homes, cabins, and rentals.
Up in Whistler and Pemberton, the remoteness that makes the place is the same thing that makes dependable internet hard to come by. Whether you're running a rental, a small business, or just want your mountain home to stay online, we handle it end to end — Starlink, mesh WiFi, and cell boosters, matched to your property.
Our techs work in alpine conditions for a living — heavy snow load, steep terrain, tight sightlines. We position and calibrate your system for a clear signal and steady speeds through the seasons, so the connection's there when you need it.
Areas We Serve in Whistler & Pemberton:
- Whistler
- Alpine Meadows
- Green Lake
- Pemberton
- Mount Currie
- Owl Creek
- Joffre Creek
Connectivity for Nanaimo and central Vancouver Island.
Nanaimo and the surrounding communities mix waterfront, acreage, and forested lots where dependable internet runs out fast — rural roads cable never reached, tree cover between you and the nearest tower, and island properties well off the grid.
We sort it out three ways: Starlink for a fast line to the sky, mesh WiFi to carry that signal across the whole property, and cell boosters for the dead zones. Whether it's a family home, an acreage, or a rental you're wiring for guests, we get you a connection that holds.
Areas We Serve around Nanaimo:
- Nanaimo
- Lantzville
- Cedar
- Ladysmith
- Nanoose Bay
- Parksville
- Qualicum Beach
- Gabriola Island
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why do I have full bars but slow WiFi?
Signal strength isn’t speed. Congestion, poor router placement, interference, or an overloaded router can all leave you with full bars and a crawl.
What’s a mesh WiFi system?
Several access points working as one network, so you get strong, consistent coverage everywhere instead of one router straining to reach the far rooms.
Is mesh better than a WiFi extender?
Yes. Extenders rebroadcast a weakening signal on a separate network. A mesh system is one unified network with proper hand-off, so devices stay connected as you move around.
Do I really need a wired backbone?
Whenever it’s possible, yes. A wired (Ethernet) backbone feeds each access point directly instead of relaying the signal wirelessly, and it’s the single biggest factor in speed and stability.
Will it help my smart home?
A lot. Smart-home devices are the first to suffer on weak WiFi. A stable mesh network keeps them connected and responsive.
Do you cover cottages and rural properties?
Regularly. Large lots, detached buildings, and outdoor areas are a big part of what we do.
Can I send WiFi to other buildings on my property?
Yes. If you have other buildings on your property you’d like to share internet with, we can set up a wireless bridge between them, as long as there’s a clear line of sight (up to 5 km apart). One building acts as the source, the other as the receiver.

Can you set it up with Starlink?
Yes. We install and tune mesh systems alongside Starlink so your internet and your internal network work together.
Do you do outdoor WiFi?
Yes — patios, garages, workshops, docks, and other exterior areas.
